International Shipping:
- We offer worldwide delivery.
- Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, ranging from 7-14 working days.
- International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.
Processing Times
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
- Custom or bespoke jewelry items may require additional processing time. Specific timeframes will be communicated at the time of purchase.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, including tracking information.
Shipping Costs
- Most of our items come with free shipping. If an item qualifies for free shipping, this will be clearly indicated on the product page.
- For items that do not qualify for free shipping, shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

- If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once the order has been dispatched.
